1: On the day of your appointment your car will be put onto axel stands using a jack to remove the wheels .
*For this we will require a flat off road space.
*We will also require somewhere to park our large van and access to power.
2: Next our wheel specialist will separate the bead from the tire by deflating the tire slightly.
3: Damaged areas are smoothed down, degreased and surface keyed.
4: The specialist will then re-cut the wheel using our state of the art mobile CNC machine to provide a polished and smooth finish
5: A lacquer designed for alloy wheels is then applied for a long lasting durable finish.
6: Once cured, the tire is re-inflated to correct pressures, dressed and refitted to the vehicle, ensuring the wheel is correctly installed.
